Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt
CLIENT
Hayah Inn
PROJECT TYPE
Hospitality

OVERVIEW
Hayah Inn began by renting apartments, refreshing them, and offering them to guests through profit-sharing agreements with property owners. As demand grew, the business expanded into entire buildings, turning residential units into hotel-style accommodation. This led to hotels in Cairo and Alexandria, focused on business travelers who want to stay in the city center.

CHALLENGE
A market focused on luxury and conventional hospitality often separates guests from the city around them. Hayah Inn needed to offer an authentic urban experience while meeting the expectations of travelers familiar with apartment stays and Airbnb-style services.
APPROACH
We centered the brand on the city itself. The positioning connects simple, comfortable accommodation with the life around it, helping guests feel part of the destination. This gives Hayah Inn a clear direction built around access, comfort, and an authentic urban experience.
RESULT
A hospitality identity rooted in city life. City-based wordmarks, mosaic graphics, and a flexible icon family carry the brand across signage, cards, cups, and bags. Together, they connect comfortable stays with the character of the city and give Hayah Inn a shared story across its locations.
